There is an almost endless list of articles, references in commentaries
etc. these days. See, e.g., Hays, R. B. The Faith of Jesus Christ; Dunn,
James, The Theology of Paul, pp.379-85 & bibliography on p.335; Hay &
Johnson, Pauline Theology, vol IV, pp.35-81 for opposing views.
