Testing on 110 volt brewer has been going on with SFI
foor 1 year. Maybe 25 test runs. Starting a
comprehensive series next week with SFI. Will advise
results. In fact SFI may publish results. 12 hours ?
maybe longer is better. Our brew cycle has varied with
good results at several periods of brew. The 12 volt
model is a bit smaller because the 12 volt puts out less
air. don't expect it would drive up to 250 as the
110volt model does. Expect some careful test results.
all testing is being done with Ground Up TEA Base The
Base is a special compost designed to support tea
generation. I agree TEA brewing deserves knowing how
and testing results. However testing is too slow to
test before the tea is used. Only repeated testing
until you know the results are consistent can you expect
to know what is being applied. I'm a little early with
announcements of the brewers we have available. But all
the work to date and tests and users have been so
pleased I hope to supply people who really need this
very practical brewer before to late this season.

When I read local papers suggesting soaking manure or
back yard compost in a burlap bag for a few days,
stirring to get air into the brew, yes I wonder how fast
can education travel to prevent anaerobic multiplication
of all the wrong stuff being sprayed on garden food.
If the wrong tea brews cause grief it will set the idea
of using TEA for gardening back a long ways.
