SONG STORM HITS THE BIG 50 IN ARTIST LISTINGS!

Reno, NV March 24, 2004 - SONG STORM has just posted the 50th
Independent artist for its' site dedicated to bringing listeners,
artists, and Internet stations together in a unique format.

"I really think this accomplishment demonstrates the viability of what
we are trying to do.", said Tom Poe, Director of Open Studios.

"We want to build a community of listeners, artists and radio hosts that
can quickly, easily find each other.", Poe added. The site relies on
viewer participation in a theme based on a Playlist Contest. Artists and
Listeners submit playlists, or lists of songs of their favorite artists,
and everyone submitting a list wins a prize.

SONG STORM was launched on January 15, 2004, and appears to be moving
ahead, right on schedule. Eventually, all genres, and millions of songs
will be available for download, as well as the other main features which
include being able to combine artist, music and Internet stations all
within a click of the mouse.

SONG STORM is a nonprofit project of Open Studios, a 501(c)(3)
organization, located in Reno, Nevada, USA.

"Our mission for this project is to create a model for Independent
artists in the Digital Age to use to attract a worldwide audience, while
protecting their works on the Internet.", said Poe. Such sites as SONG
STORM will all utilize licensing options designed specifically for the
Internet, and obviate the need for record labels and other agencies,
such as the RIAA, who would act as middlemen. This approach guarantees
the freedom of the Internet, and makes music what it should be, free to
listen, while supporting artists who wish to pursue their careers in the
Digital Age.
