Hi, Carol: Oh, for God's sake. Don't you understand? The U.S. FDA
cannot trust the Canadians to regulate safe drugs for export to the
U.S. Canada's regulatory scheme only protects their citizens. You see,
in Canada, they protect their citizens by regulating drugs used by their
citizens. They don't regulate drugs used by their citizens which are
exported to other countries.

What I mean, is, Canada regulates drugs that are used by their citizens
that are exported to other countries, because they cannot distinguish
between drugs used by their citizens, and drugs used by their citizens
that are exported to other countries. So, since there's no way to
regulate drugs used by Canadian citizens that are exported to the U.S.,
the U.S. FDA has no choice but to call the Canadians crooks, thugs,
low-lifes that will dump counterfeit drugs that would not be safe for
use by their citizens on the U.S., even though they do regulate the
export of drugs used by their citizens to other countries, but without
distinguishing which is which. Know what I mean?

Now, get with it. And, besides, the FDA hot shots are busy lining up at
the "revolving door" for private industry invitations when they retire
and move on to fat check Board positions with pharmaceutical companies.
