Hi: Looks good. The part about "tagging" needs to have some input from the Creative Commons Project, I think.
It's all about mindset, Ken. In the Creative Commons mindset, the default is the Public Domain. You register in the Public Domain, and when you do, you decide what restrictions, if any, you want. You add them, and then assign the appropriate "tag". The continuum is from free Public Domain to the other extreme, full copyright. They help you with this. Then, there's Open Content Network that offers machine-readable distributed network capability so that you can choose to browse only those sites that are "tagged". Check it all out. It's all about mindset, and getting rid of the corporate greed once and for all.
The tip jar concept fits perfectly.
