Yes! The most up-to-date Development Agreement can be found

The Development Agreement is the fifth item down. Information about public
art can be found in Section 5.6 and Section 5.11(m).

Megan, are you the person in planning who is involved with Obey Creek? If
so do you have a copy of the current development agreement. Specifically I
am looking for references to public art in the agreement. They are in the
Design Guidelines doc. But wanted to see if they were in the agreement
itself? jy
