To All,

Thank you for the swift response.  Our meeting will take place next Wednesday November 5th at 5:30pm in the first floor conference room at town hall on MLK.

Our meeting will focus on the Art Plan and all of its elements.  This will include our proposed re-write of the courtesy review.  This will also include discussion of how the budget will work in concert with the Art Plan and how all of this fits with the town 20/20 plan.  A formal agenda will be emailed out in the next day.  All of you received the Art Plan email from Steve earlier this month.  Please email Steve or myself if you did not receive a copy.  An outline of our budget requests will be forwarded out in the next couple days so that you can review the information as well.  Please note that the budget numbers are part of a larger discussion and shouldnt be taken out of context.

You will see that our agenda may look light but, I am expecting some good conversation on the Art Plan and I didn’t want to overwhelm this meeting with additional items.

We need to have all of this hashed out by the end of the meeting so that it can be submitted to town council.

I look forward to seeing all of you then

Thanks

Looks like I can make it.
What are the items requested? new items they have charged us with, or things already on our agenda?

To All,

The mayor and council have requested some items from CHPAC that we will be working on during our next meeting.  I wanted to take a quick poll to see if we could move our meeting up to November 5th instead of doing the meeting November 12th.  It is mandatory that we have quorum for this meeting since we are discussing budget and Art Plan-  both items will be sent from us to town council.   Jeff will not be in attendance for the meeting if it is on the 12th- Steve will be in attendance.

In order to move the meeting up-I need to notify all parties (town, library, etc.)  Please reply asap one way or another.
