Girls Rock Orientation Meetings- July 6th & 7th @5pm:Girls Rock NC
is a nonprofit organization that empowers girls and women, through
creative expression, to become confident and engaged members of our
communities.
Girls, ages 7-16, form bands, attend workshops in
teamwork, body confidence, zine-making, DIY clothing, recording, Tech
Talk, songwriting and more, and are supported as they speak up and share
their experiences.

Really Really Free
Show- July 7th @9pm: Up and Coming local Ska/Punk/Alt band Subculture
Danger (https://www.facebook.com/SubcultureDanger [2]) will be playing
along with a band of veteran punks from Durham: The
Bastages,(https://www.facebook.com/thebastages [3])

OC Hope Project
Presentation- July 8th @7pm: The OC Hope Project as a live event that
invites speakers to share their first-person experiences and take part
in a moderated/audience Q & A. The speakers involved in this are part of
an ongoing initiative to give voice to marginalized/misrepresented
people in our community.

July 18th will be the Earth First Movie Night
(more info tba!)

Another movie night that would be more geared towards
families will being within the next month or so on Sunday nights! More
info tba!

The Show fundraiser will be in August and will include a few
local bands (not necessarily punk) and a few acoustic acts. (more info
tba!)
