Ouch!
While I recall the context for this jibe, I would nevertheless like to take this opportunity to say that the Soft Company show at the Cave a couple of weeks ago was the best thing I've seen in weeks. They're like some weird lazy southern woman-fronted cousin of early Roxy Music.
I just wish I could manage to see them at a venue with a PA loud enough for the vocals to be audible over all the racket coming off the stage.
