Folks;
I'm kinda surprised that i don't have many people claiming FREE baseball
tickets. It should be cooler, and unlike last year, I really doubt it will
be rained out.
The details:
>>If you've been around a while, you probably already know about what I do
for my birthday. If you haven't, I give away a lot of tickets to Bullsgames.
>>I do this because I have season tickets, and my b'day comes at the end of
the season, and they let me swap out unused tickets for new ones! And I'd
rather give them away than >>just toast them, and it is always good to have
a bigger crowd.
>>I haven't figured out how many leftover tickets I have, but it is usually
40-80. Or more. I'll most likely set it up for the games August 17th,
18th, and 19th. The 17th and 18th both >>have fireworks, and gates open at
6pm. The 19th is my actual b'day, but no fireworks, and gates open at 4pm
In all cases, games start 1 hour after gates open.
>>What do you have to do to get a ticket or 3? First, email me off-list
saying what day, how many tickets, etc. (and no, you can't ask for 40--let
us say no more than 6 per game). You >>have to cheer for the Bulls (they'll
be playing Indianapolis on the 17th, and Louisville on the 18th & 19th).
Obviously, don't be a drunken asshole.
>>And that's all. After I collect requests I'll hit the box office and sort
it out, probably Monday. So you'll hear from me either yea or nay Monday
night or Tuesday morning, and on the >>day(s) you've chosen, your tickets
will be waiting for you at will call.
So that's it. You will most likely have to pay for parking, but you don't
even have to buy me a beer. Or a hot dog. Or anything.
Again, I'll be swapping the tickets tomorrow (that would be Monday), so I'll
need to hear from you by tomorrow morning.
