My band BottomZup will be playing at
Pop-A-Top in Durham this Saturday, Dec. 3
at about 9:30. Our good friend Randy Smith
will be sitting in on keyboards. The rest of
the band is Michael "Spike" Hale, B.J. Jacques,
Lisa Wrenn, and of course, me! Hope to see you
there.
Pop-a-Top is located on Chandler road just off
Hwy. 98 (Hollaway St.).

re the flaming joey ramone from thurs:
that explains the fuel smell filling the room when i got there last
night. pretty strong.

brian sliwa opened solo on piano doing freddie mercury (gold jacket,
mustache)

we did songs from the first two elvis costello lp's (no keyboard, but
"young e.c." and older hairy "declan mcmanus". had planned to do oasis,
but ran out of time and the guys knew the first two e.c. records
better.

wusses did three dog night. definitely gonna see 'em again new year's
eve at 506.

next band (didn't get the name, but had an ex-archer's guitarist) did
the birthday party i believe.

someone will have to help me with the last act.
