On Behalf of Jonathan Yu:

How high is up?

Russ will give you an idea of how long it will take. If you NEED it ASAP,
you can let him know, and if it's possible, he'll do his best, but I'm not
trying to put words in his mouth. I've been a satisfied customer of his for
repair work for probably ten years, and he's always been reasonable, as I
have with him. For stuff I didn't need immediately, I told him so, and it
took months--which was cool, because I told him it didn't matter, as long as
it was fixed right. For stuff I needed ASAP, he has always done his best to
oblige. For stuff that his group "fixed" that later exhibited similar
problems, he personally saw to it that it was repaired correctly for no
charge.

Keep in mind, Bull City Sound's motto is "In by noon, out by June!" ...but
it's meant in a humorous kind of way. Sort of! Work with him reasonably,
and he'll do the same with you. There's a reason his place is stacked up
with keyboards, amps, and all sorts of stuff needing fixin'. His shop is
the best that I've experienced in this area, and it's always an interesting
experience going over there. He's eccentric, but in a damn good way.

Give him a call and tell him I sent you. It may not make any difference,
but he'll probably harass me about it the next time I go in there!

In a good way, of course.

Best,

- Kevin
