*Apologies if you've received this more than once*

Cory Doctorow, Blogger (boingboing.net), Author (craphound.net) and
Electronic Frontier Foundation Outreach Coordinator (eff.org), will
present a public talk on Copyright and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

The talk is this Thursday, February 5 at 3:30PM in the Pleasants Family
Room (Wilson Library) on the UNC Campus. Ibiblio, who is sponsoring the
talk, will provide Daily Grind coffee and cookies as refreshments.

This promises to be interesting and worthwhile. The EFF is one of the
primary groups working to stem the RIAA's extra-legal practices. They also
investigate topics such as civil liberties, the DMCA, E-Voting, RFID
privacy and the Patriot Act (I and II).

Thanks,
Fred
