Hi everyone

We're arrived at last week you can sign up for the free online course "Open Content Licensing for Educators". It's a great way for anyone to find out more about how CC licences work in general.

This program involving hundreds of registrants from around the world runs from the 21st - 25th of March 2011, you can sign up and find out more here: http://wikieducator.org/Open_content_licensing_for_educators/About

Kiwis should also take note of the NetHui conference taking place June 29 - 1 July 2011 in Auckland. The organisers at InternetNZ are setting it up as "a conference that brings together everyone involved with Internet issues in New Zealand." People are welcome to help shape conference topic streams via their website: http://nethui.org.nz/

And lastly, an interesting concept for Creative Commons theatre production is in full swing in Auckland. The world's first wikimusical is calling for contributions on music, choreography and design in the lead up to a live-streamed performance. Find out more at http://tinyurl.com/4d5aj3m

Feel free to send in details about any CC licensed projects you're working on, we'd love to hear your stories.

With regards
Jane
