This came through the NZ Open Source Society email list. It is crucial
that we engage APRA in a constructive dialogue about how CC can
benefit their members, before they start throwing around ASCAP-style
FUD.

1) if anyone here can fwd that to any mailing list of RIANZ members...
as if i needed another reason not to join a collecting society...

2) will we see the same flawed "logic" used to argue that GNU is
working to undermine the rights of M$? it may just matter of time,
although the argument won't come directly from M$, but will come from
one of their agents.
