Hi Floyd,
I agree about the wiki, will put it into the wish-list. A well-stocked and expanding 'resouces/publications' page will be important too for presentations, papers, articles, promotional packs, as well as CC resources created out in the New Zealand community such as Open Ed Resources NZ (OERNZ) materials and your free culture interviews from New It Make ;)
Rebuilding our site won't be a swift process but I'll put out a plan for feedback in plenty of time. The main CC wiki at wiki.creativecommons.org is worth signing up to and exploring in preparation for our own new web space.

I was thinking the website is fine, but your right, I would prioritize this up:

Wikis are great for collaborating on strategy documents like the "core
responsibilities" you propose here, and other bits and pieces. They
are also great for planning and coordinating events.
