The survey kicked me out after question 3 - presumably because I checked
too many boxes listing the types of media I created. As I was answering
on behalf of my institution - which creates all except the mash-up
option I thought this was a bit harsh!

yes, i agree - there were quite a few questions where i had to answer
one thing or another, when actually a combination or something slightly
different was what i wanted to put.
