Hrm... warning or automatic?
I think we should have a constant user interface between the API and
the site; if people are used to selecting License A on the website and
have it work one way, it could confuse computer neophytes if they
decide to use a CCAPI-enabled program, select License A, and have it
print out some strange warning. It doesnt make sense.
