There are lawyers on this mailing list, but they are not foolish enough to give free legal advice over email.

Choosing a license has very little to do with the law. It has a lot to do with your community's dynamics, your plan for business or a non-profit, the context in which you're working, the "market" for your type of information, and what the point of your project is.

If you need real legal advice, talk to a lawyer. Your local bar association (look in the phone book under "Bar association") will almost definitely have a legal referral service and may have a free or low-cost consultation service. It's unlikely that they'll know much about Free Software or Free Content licenses, but you may be able to find a so-called "IP" lawyer who would be willing to study up on the matter on your dime.

There are some rare organizations that do Free Software legal consulting, for example, the Software Freedom Law Center (http://www.softwarefreedom.org/ ). I have no idea whether they'll spend any time helping you choose a license; my guess is probably not.
