Ack! a quick search finds the word "use" occurs 37 times
in the document. The phrase "noncommercial use" is
probably fine.

But there are a number of places where the word "use"
occurs where it is actually referring to a right of
copyright: copy/distribute/create derivative works.

If a right of copyright is intended, the word "use"
should be replaced with copy, distribute, derive.

Don't want people new to copyright to think they have
patent like powers with CC-NC.
