I've been using the CC by-nc-sa license for my book  (www.byteofpython.info) for quite a while now, but I wanted to understand the licensing scheme a bit more.

If I apply the CC by-sa license and remove the nc clause, is there a way I can specify that you can use the book for any purpose (commercial or non-commercial) but the print rights are reserved with me?
