Development of Creative Commons licenses

I have never before wanted to use works under a cc license until now.  I found a site that has already done work that I was going to have to spend hours doing.  It is under a share alike 2.5 license which I understand to mean that what ever I do has to follow suit.  I am planning on using the images for email stationery and/or signature tags.  I am not sure just how which license icon to use as the only one that comes up when I try is some rights reserved which is not how I normally distribute my stationery.  The other thing is for signature tags I cant use the icon how would I indicate that the image is licensed under a cc?
