That's probably similar to CC being able to replace
licenses with newer versions by the same name
(or GNU doing that as well.)
i.e. whoever is agreed to be "CC" or "GNU" is
whoever gets to decide.
There really ought to be a "NoAttribution" option.
That would solve this whole friggen mess.
