I've been a CC stalker for a long time, ever since a woman (whose name
escapes me) discussed it at a Public Knowledge event several years ago.
Finally I can contribute something.
A friend of mine is a musician and I've convinced him to release his music
under a Creative Commons license.
When he's decided on the license, what will be the best way for him to
display the license with the CD. I'd like to be able to give him a
graphic, either the "Some Rights Reserved" one or terms of the license to
place somewhere on the cover, then maybe somewhere he can have the license
in "human readable" form in the inside cover.
I'm sure there are others trying to distribute work physically who want to
do the same thing, and I haven't gotten a chance to see the Wired CD in
physical form so I don't know what they've done there.
So what's the best way to display CC?
