Yes. If the use to which it is put is for-profit, then it is prohibited
by the non-commercial clause. For practical purposes, any activities by
a commercial entity are usually considered for-profit. If you wish to
allow such uses for work you own copyrights to, simply don't include NC
in your chosen license.
If you want to split hairs about your commercial entity making
non-commercial use of something (some kind of charity event or pro-bono
work, perhaps), you'll want to hire an intellectual property or contract
law attorney. Or better yet, simply contact the author and request a
different license or some kind of written exception.
If it's your work, provide ways for people to request other types of
licenses if you wish to allow it. If it's not, contact the author to
request whatever it is that you want. Those are the legal options.
