Hi,
I have a question regarding the
Creative Commons License.
Suppose I create a cartoon character
that is suitable for young children.
I want to give people the freedom to
copy, modify, prepare derivative works
using this character.
Now since this character is targeted
for young children, I certainly
wouldn't want somebody to take this
character, put it in a tasteless porno
flash animation, thus demoralizing my
character.
Does the Creative Commons License have
any restrictions on the nature of
derivative works? or there is no limit
on what can be done with derivative
works? Would it be bad idea to have
a "No Adult-Oriented Derivative"
license?
Any help is useful.
