I don't think you need a compilation copyright. Instead, you need simply
state something like:
"The text of the article presented here is available under [insert license].
However, the rest of the site, including the site design, is not."
A List Apart had a similar problem, wanting to license only the example code
in their articles, not the site itself.
However, I am not a lawyer or an expert on this matter.
