This means that you will allow modification on a legal basis, but
at the same time almost completely prevent it on a technical
basis.

Your original source code will not be affected, but somebody
might create new "source code" from the binary, by decompiling
or disassembling it.
The licensing scheme is incompatible with the GPL.

an official answer.)
