Your interpretation is objectively incorrect: you consider Licensor as owner of any rights (right of privacy etc.). Instead Licensor is juridically the copyright owner.
"Acts which are authorised or not authorised by licensor": acts concerning copyright.
This copyright license cannot produce effects concerning privacy.

This is the same strawman again, and getting boring...
Whatever you claim the license says is not what the license *actually*
says. If the license must be modified to favor a more restricted
interpretation, do modify it. Merely giving your advice on a
mailing-list does not have any official value versus the license text
itself.
