Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is currently no Creative Commons license
that forces makers of derivative works to sell them.

If you choose Attribution-Noncommercial-ShareAlike, then others can't sell
derivatives. But if you choose Attribution-ShareAlike--without selecting the
"Noncommercial" option--you place no restrictions on whether subsequent
derivatives can be sold or given away.
