HI John,

In Poland, the National Institute of Museums and Heritage (NIMOZ) published a guide to legal aspects of digitisation, which presents an overall concept of digitisation and IP (I was on the team writing the report). Would this be a good fit? Or is this too narrow?

Hi all,

the German Digital Library (DDB) is going to publish a CC-licensed book
about different concepts of digitisation. The idea is to collect some
official concepts from the 16 Germans states and present them together
with concepts of other countries in Europe, in order to make visible
where the concepts overlap and differ.

The editors are now on the lookout for already existing texts on
digitisation concepts, in order to have them translated and included in
the book.

Does anybody know of such texts?

I would relay that to the editors so that they can get in touch with the
authors re translation and licensing. If the texts are already openly
licensed already, all the better :)

Best
John
