Sounds good, I am ready to chip in. Great work so far, guys.

Will try to make it home from work for the conference call tomorrow, Wednesday, but might not be able to. Thursday shouldn't be a problem, though, so I'll join there. My Skype-name is christianvillum.

Dear all,

we just had a productive meeting between myself, Primavera, Kasia, Pro and Teresa. We went through some ideas of activities and decided to focus on activities involving museums, where we work on guidelines for Museum use of CC, engage a community of Museum stakeholders and set meetings in each country with as many museums as possibly together with participants from other museums. We might also include activities related to policy, but overall the aim is to use the limited funds made available for one larger network activity and several smaller activities around it.

Action points:

=> Prodromos will work tonight on outlining the activities more
=> Teresa will pick up on those activities tomorrow and continue the work from there
=> Jonas will work with Diane regarding iCommons, and also sync with CC HQ
=> Kasia should check up and coordinate with Alek
=> Christian, you should feel free to jump in and help out with the "general" questions of the proposal, but you should wait until we have a first draft of the activities, as most of the questions stem from the activities.

We also decided to meet daily in the evening until Friday to continue the planning. The next meeting will be:

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 3rd at 7pm CET

Please send your Skype contact details to me if you want to be included in the coordination.

As a reminder, we are applying for this project: http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/culture/funding/2012/call_strand_2_2012_en.php

I think Jonas was referring to Central Europe timezone, right?

I'm trying to change a meeting to be able to join you.
