Hi All,

In the UK OGL is used that states compatiblity with CCBY 3.0. In Greece CCBY is used for specific .gov websites but not yet for the entirety of the psi, as the statutory regulations are still pending.

For publically funded cultural/ educational  information which is outside the PSI, I have seen both in the UK and Greece organisations using either CCBYBCSA or CCBYSA (especially when the output is in the form of a wiki).

Please note that the implementation of the PSI directive in certain jurisdictions requires attribution and thus CCZero cannot be used.

Best wishes,

pRo

Hi all,

for sure it's used here in Piedmont (as default solution - with a few
excetions where CC BY has been used, at least for the moment).

See dati.piemonte.it.

Best,

Federico
