- Subject: [Cc-europe] standard procedure for seed funding?
- Date: Sun, 29 Jun 2008 14:20:59 +0200
while Heather is still being questioned (a bit too much negative vibes
here IHMO) I'm thinking about the idea of Prodromos and Alek, i.e.
iCommons as a provider of seed funding for empowering national or
regional projects to raise larger funds.
Would a kind of standard procedure be a handy tool for this?
It could entail standard rules for such a micro funding, a reliable
network of skilled enough people to support the drafting of proposals,
maybe even a collaborative structure for proposal drafting a.s.o.
To make it sustainable there could be a provision to let some of the
funds of successful proposals go back to iCommons.
ideas?
regards,
John
