Hi,
On http://creativecommons.org/projects/international/de/english-changes I read:
"Moreover §31 UrhG excludes consideration of those formats which are currently unknown; the concluding sentence of section 3 was thus intentionally left out."
"The above rights may be exercised in all currently known formats. "
Two questions:
1) Can someone explain what §31 UrhG is about?
2) When is the currently in "currently known"?
The time the license is written or
the time the license is read by someone (eg 60 years later)
