It remains to be seen exactly how much disk space will be required. As it
turns out with our later design developments (in the last few days - Karmic
Debt #2) the user may have some control over how much disk space they
contribute.

Each Grapevine node will have a number of "virtual nodes". If a node is
generating a lot of requests it will increase the number of virtual nodes.
This will increase the disk space requirement but it will also increase the
number of nodes and hence the bandwidth available to the node.

Throttling this number of "virtual nodes" will give the user the ability to
reduce their disk space usage but it will not offer fine granularity. Also
the amount of disk space used for caching is separate and will be completely
configurable.

Just like any application, there will be disk space requirements. They will
not necessarily be large but they will not necessarily be adjustable.
