(likely due to limited disk space).

You can delete the parts of packages that end up in /user/man, to save space. BL3 comes with a few man files in text format. Anything ending in .1.gz etc. came with a package and can be safely deleted. BL2 comes without man files.

You can also delete doc or info. Sometimes there is documentation in /usr/share. (Also look in /usr/local). I often just unpack a package and copy over the binary itself, then ldd to see if there are missing dependencies and copy those (library files) and run ldconfig. The man files are online. man2html will make them more readable (with links). You also do not need TODO CHANGES and LICENSE type files. You must have a small partition and/or hard drive.

While checking, I discovered 3MB+ of leftover bits of opera in /usr/share. (I am running 9 from its own directory instead of installed).

Once extra disk space was freed,
