webmail is a pain. Are there any small non-graphical IMAP email programs
for linux (pine is quite large)?
Sindi Keesan
The others are larger.
Latest pine (2005) is 4.64. Alpine superceded it.
Pine 4.53 for Slackware 8.1 is at linuxpackages.net. SW90 has it too.
I tried to compile with SSL. Error involving libcrypt.a.
I tried compiling without it. build NOSSL lnx. It got much further then
error - undefined reference to 'crypt'.
(Does it really compile without SSL?)
For SSL, I had to have a /usr/local/ssl/certs directory (and I copied cert.pem to it from /usr/local/ssl - used by lynx etc.) Answered 'y' to a question about slx.
glibc 2.2.5 gcc 2.95.3.
I might try compiling with SW11 glibc 2.3.6 and gcc 3.*
Anyone want to try it for BL3?
