IMHO Windows 95 is not a good option for browsing
on an old PC. Unless you run anti-virus/spyware
software (which slows down an old PC terribly),
that PC will soon become infected with all sorts
of garbage.

The best option for an old slow PC with limited
RAM is links2 running on BL3. And, if that is
too slow, run links in text mode.

Cheers,
Steven

This PC is barely strong enough to run BL 3.1. Thanks.
