Steven mentioned this site a year or so ago but it was interesting to take another look at it. I notice they have a 26K version of mini_httpd, and inetd (50K) and thttpd - what is that?

thttpd would be mini_httpd's big brother. They're written by the same person and can be found at www.acme.com. thttpd is quite a common lightweight web server, everybody from garfield.com to paypal uses it.

and elinks from 2003 (the latest thing in there, I think).

Yeah, plus all of the coreutils!

I've got to figure out how on earth they managed to compile all of those, maybe I could compile some for BL.

Thanks,

Hello all,

I've found some small binaries that work with BasicLinux. There's everything from Busybox to zsh to vsftpd. I haven't tested all of them, but they should work.

Thanks,
