Yes. You run pppd at both ends (without eznet). You'll need
some parameters for pppd (which can go in /etc/ppp/options).
The usual stuff (port, speed, etc.) plus IP address. But no
username/password or dialer.
I have never done this myself, but if you study the man page
for pppd, you will probably be able to work out which parameters
to use for this kind of link. If you get it to work, please
report back here with the details.
