hi,
i got the same problem. when "shutdown -h now", the
shutdown process finished with a message like
INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel.
but before this last message, it says: /etc/rc.d/rc.0:
call me as "rc.0" or "rc.6" please!
so, i went to rc.0 file and i put a * before
0)
message="The system is halted", as it is below
*6)
message="Rebooting"
now everything works just fine.
well, i fixed this by comparing the structure of the
lines in the rc.0 file, but, please, can someone
explain to me what i've actually done?
thank you.
by.
jimmy
