I have never used a parallel-port CDrom; however, some
devices require additional parameters (which can be put
in the loadlin.exe line). For example (according to
the PARIDE v1.03 documentation), a MicroSolutions PD/CD
drive needs to have the unit ID number specified.

Another potential problem (also described in the PARIDE
ducmentation) is device special files. They are needed
to mount the CDrom. Some of them are in BL1, some are
not. You may have to add some devices (using mknod).
