I was able to subscribe immediately.

The whole process too less than 4 minutes - including confirmations
and all that.

What a difference from Topica !

That's an xterm. If you have no ~/.xinitc file, xinit
will give you the following:
-----------------------------------------
xterm -geometry +1+1 -n login -display :0
-----------------------------------------

You can do anything you want in that xterm. It's just
like the CLI.

Or, you can simply give the program name to xinit as a
parameter.
