Thank you. That's not the sort of cognate repetition I'm studying, but it is a tremendous help to identify this use of cognate repetition in Zech. 5:11 so I can rule it out.

The cognate repetition in Zech 5.11 is the verb וְהוּכַ֛ן (from כון) and the noun מְכֻנָתָֽהּ (also based on כון). This is perhaps not the type of cognate repetition you're looking for, but technically, the two words are cognates.

Zech 5.11b:  וְהוּכַ֛ן וְהֻנִּ֥יחָה שָּׁ֖ם עַל־מְכֻנָתָֽהּ
