Please check again my previous post. This is a
Qal imperfect.
Also, please the note the that the root NTN
(Nun Tav Nun) is one of those verbs which 'misbehave'
or is irregular in the Qal.

For example: in the perfect - Gen 1:29;
imperfect - Gen 12:7 etc.

If the initial "n" is the first root letter "n" of "natan"... don't we
have here a piel-shaped verb form (nit:nah) rather than a qal-shaped one?

For comparison, "dib:rah" (Jb 33:2), she spoke, or "shilhah" (Pr 31:19),
she sent away...
