My questions:
1. Is there a good reason for the dagesh to be in the nun of (NB"Y?
2. Do you know of other similar cases in the Tanakh, namely nouns like (NB
(tsere in the first, qamats in the second) that take dagesh in the second
root consonant in their declension?
