Betrayng a sad lack of familiarity with the Torah. To return to the Hebrew
Bible, Exodus, of course explicitly refers to the Israelites being involved
with making mud bricks and building "aray miskenot", not pyramids. Had they
been involved in building pyramids, one assumes the Israelites would have
been doing quarry work and hauling stones, though mud brick was used in the
cores of Middle Kingdom pyramids. New Kingdom pharaohs (the era of Rameses
II and Merneptah) did not build pyramids, of course.

It came from the mouth of a joker so it must be a joke. Many Jews
know their history in Egypt from the Passover Hagadah, where they see
clear illustrations of the Hebrews building the pyramids.
