I downloaded texts from http://www.crosswire.org. They have the Westminster
text including all points, and an “Aleppo” text with no points at all, not
even to distinguish between the sin and shin (like how the text was read two
millennia ago). However, the texts do not have the critical apparatus.
This is one option, and it’s free.
