Well, while I can't help you out too much with the second column of the
Hexapla, the Samaritan Pentateuch I can definitely give you.

You can find scans of August von Gall's 1918 edition at
http://khazarzar.skeptik.net/biblia/samarit/index.htm
Benjamin Blayney's 1790 edition at
http://books.google.com/books?id=Jz87AAAAcAAJ&printsec=frontcover

Also, the Samaritan Pentateuch is available in Brian Walton's Polyglot of
the 1650s. If you have access to the Early English Books Online (
http://eebo.chadwyck.com ) database through your institution it is available
there. I also have another set of scans from a different source, but I can't
find the like to it right now.

Hope that helps at least with part of your quest. :)

It seems pretty much as difficult to find this as it is to find a electronic
